Prompt Engineering Intern

Rilla is the leading conversation intelligence software for outside sales, focusing on industries like solar, roofing, and real estate. Our mobile app records sales conversations, and our AI automatically transcribes and analyzes them to help improve sales performance. We're growing rapidly at 20% MoM, with over 300 customers including Fortune 500 companies, and we're cash flow positive.

As a Prompt Engineering Intern at Rilla, you'll be part of one of the fastest-growing startups in the world. You'll work closely with the AI and product teams to develop and optimize prompts that power our conversation intelligence software. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing effective prompts for various NLP tasks in our AI pipeline
• Conducting experiments to test and iterate on prompt designs, analyzing their impact on model performance
• Contributing to building a prompt library to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
• Collaborating with the team to solve complex NLP challenges and push our AI capabilities forward

If you're currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field, have strong experience with ChatGPT or similar tools, excellent written communication skills, and familiarity with Python programming and basic data analysis techniques, we'd love to hear from you!
