In this role, you'll architect and build foundational systems that scale Robinhood's software delivery capabilities, lead cross-organizational technical initiatives, and drive improvements across build systems, test infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer observability. You'll be responsible for setting technical strategy, championing automation and reliability, and providing technical mentorship to engineers across the company.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time in senior technical roles. You'll need deep expertise in developer infrastructure systems, strong programming skills (particularly in Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript), and a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives. The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $213,000 to $250,000 CAD and includes participation in Robinhood's bonus and equity plans.
