Robinhood Markets is seeking a Software Developer for their Developer Experience team within Developer Infrastructure. This role is crucial in empowering engineering to build with quality, velocity, and confidence. The Developer Infrastructure team's mission is to build a platform that enables Robinhood Engineering to quickly and confidently ship quality software to market.

The position focuses on improving development processes and culture through building and optimizing developer tools and systems. You'll be working on build process optimization, continuous integration, tooling development, and remote developer environments. The platform currently comprises teams including Developer Experience, Test Experience, Web Platform, and Mobile Platform.

As part of the Developer Experience Team, you'll help engineering move quickly and safely by finding, fixing, and left-shifting production issues back to development. The role requires expertise in CI/CD optimization, release engineering, or dev tooling, with strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or Go.

The position offers competitive compensation ranging from 124,000 to 145,000 CAD, along with participation in Robinhood's bonus and equity plans.
