Testing Software Engineer (Senior/Mid)

As a Testing Software Engineer at Robusta, you'll be part of a dynamic Engineering Team of 50+ professionals organized across 7 tribes. You'll work on various products, from websites to enterprise platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in Scrum activities (sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups)
• Write test scripts and prepare test checklists for user stories
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the Engineering blog and give technical sessions to peers
• Perform various types of testing, including manual, automation, exploratory, mobile, web, performance, and security testing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Apache JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Familiarity with design patterns and frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data Driven)
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Knowledge of project management tools like Jira
• Daily use of Git for automation scripts
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly
• 3+ years of experience for Mid-level, 5+ years for Senior-level
