Staff Machine Learning Engineer

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer, you will be working with our engineering and product teams to design, build and productionize proprietary machine learning models to solve different business challenges including smart bidding, lookalike modeling, forecasting, and more. You will collaborate closely with product managers and other engineers to understand business priorities, frame machine learning problems, and architect machine learning solutions. You'll build and productionize machine learning models, contribute to the high-quality code base, keep track of emerging tech and trends, and share your knowledge through brown bags and tech talks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to understand business priorities and frame ML problems
• Building and productionizing ML models, including data preparation/processing pipelines
• Maintaining high-quality code base with comprehensive testing
• Researching state-of-the-art deep learning models and conducting experiments
• Sharing knowledge and evangelizing engineering best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (PhD in ML/DL is a plus)
• 5+ years developing production-grade ML systems, 3+ years in software engineering
• Experience with Bayesian methods, Reinforcement learning, Deep learning, and Recommendation systems
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kubeflow, TFX, and Feature Store is a plus
