Identity Management Software Developer

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking an Identity Management Software Developer to join their Identity & Access Management organization. This role reports to the IAM Development Lead and focuses on connecting computer systems across RTX's enterprise to SailPoint IdentityIQ. The position requires strong Java development skills and experience with identity and access management solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining application connectors and workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and implementing enhancements. This hands-on technical position involves working with various business units to drive adoption and integrate applications like Workday, SAP, Active Directory, and GoogleApps into the IAM solution.

Key responsibilities include managing source code, developing custom solutions, participating in requirements gathering, and ensuring security best practices. The role requires 3-5 years of hands-on technical experience with IAM solutions, preferably SailPoint IdentityIQ, along with strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and various scripting languages.
