Description For Technical Standards Liaison Engineer - STN

Ryanair, a leading European low-cost airline, is seeking a Technical Standards Liaison Engineer based at London Stansted Airport. This role is part of the Aircraft Engineering Services team and involves working closely with Ryanair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure line station engineers maintain the fleet to specified standards
  • Maintain line stations according to CAME and company procedures
  • Analyze non-compliances and deliver task-specific training
  • Liaise with Quality Assurance and Responsible Manager on non-compliance actions
  • Standardize workflow and outstation requirements across the network
  • Conduct impromptu base visits and monitor work performance
  • Provide training to Outstation Liaisons and engineers
  • Deliver weekly reports to Area Manager and Technical Standards Department

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree level education or EASA Part 66 Licence
  • Proven Line Maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMOS Software
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • Knowledge of EASA part 145 and its workplace application
  • Full Right to Work and live in the UK
