AI Technical Architect

We are hiring AI Technical Architects to join our growing Professional Services Global AI Practice. Our organization is passionate about delivering Salesforce's premier AI and data product offerings to ensure customers get the most value from the Salesforce Platform. We help customers accelerate their path to value by demonstrating Salesforce's innovative AI technology and strategic roadmaps.

As an AI Technical Architect, you will serve as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product expert to the company's largest and most complex enterprise customers. You will guide customers and internal teams in deploying emerging AI technologies that drive increased business value. Within our practice, you will be surrounded by the brightest minds in AI and will help shape and contribute to the most innovative AI thinking.

Core Responsibilities:

• Guide the delivery of Agentforce and other Salesforce AI projects
• Write code daily, varying from Apex and LWC to Python and Node.js
• Ensure successful execution of customer pilots, proofs of concept (POCs), and production software
• Act as a strategic advisor and mentor to project teams

Required Qualifications:

• Strong background in Salesforce architecture and development
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or consulting
• Experience working in customer-facing roles
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative subject area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in Salesforce AI technologies, including Agentforce and Einstein Generative AI
• Familiarity with advanced AI concepts like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Fine-Tuning, and Vector Databases
• Experience building tools on top of AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic Claude)
