This role involves leading a team of skilled backend engineers developing microservices that power Zoomin's knowledge platform, enabling organizations to unify, govern, and activate enterprise knowledge from various third-party systems.

The position offers a unique blend of technical leadership and people management, where you'll be responsible for defining team vision and goals, aligning with the mission to integrate unstructured data into a unified, AI-ready knowledge graph within Salesforce Data Cloud. You'll oversee critical platform services including search, indexing, and content delivery, ensuring scalability to meet evolving business demands.

As Engineering Manager, you'll work closely with Product Management, Lead Engineers, and cross-functional partners to create and execute clear roadmaps while managing team performance and growth. The role requires strong technical expertise with 5+ years of software engineering experience, including management experience building backend services.
