Salesforce is seeking an outstanding Senior/Lead Solution Engineer to join their Commercial Industries Solution Engineering team, focusing on the General Business customer segment and specifically aligned to Regulated Business including Financial Services and Health & Life Sciences. As a Solution Engineer (also known as Presales Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Sales Engineer), you'll be responsible for owning solutions throughout the sales cycle and delivering thought leadership to transform customer experiences. Working alongside the UKI Sales team, you'll create AI, Data, and CRM solutions for new prospects and customers.
The role combines technical expertise with business acumen, requiring you to translate business objectives into practical recommendations while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. You'll be part of a dynamic environment where you'll develop and present innovative custom solutions to key decision-makers, coordinate solution cycles through close collaboration with high-performing teams, and incorporate industry expertise into Salesforce's solutions.
