MuleSoft, a Salesforce company, is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join their talented team. As a Pre-Sales Solution Engineer, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, demonstrating how MuleSoft's Anypoint Platform can integrate digital investments into an application network for faster innovation. You'll work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, leveraging your technical expertise to align client requirements with business outcomes.
Key responsibilities and achievements:
- Become certified in MuleSoft's Developer trainings within 6 months
- Complete MuleSoft's Kickstart sales training
- Develop architecture reframe and whiteboarding skills
- Create and deliver a Self Service Asset on a MuleSoft technical topic
- Achieve certification in all Product, Architecture, and Sales Messaging trainings within 12 months
- Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations
- Develop Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to showcase possibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on account planning and strategy
- Support marketing efforts through evangelism activities
Requirements:
- Fluency in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Previous development experience with web-based languages
- Experience as a Sales Engineer/Architect for an enterprise software company
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuous learning mindset for new technologies and products
- Understanding of enterprise application integration, cloud offerings, and security principles
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Preferred qualifications:
- Back-office / ERP system understanding
- Experience with SaaS solutions, container/orchestration technology, and API & RPA products
