Principal, Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Principal Technical Architect for their innovative Agentforce platform, which combines Data + AI + CRM + Trust to transform customer experiences. As a Technical Architect, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, leveraging deep technical expertise in AI/ML, data infrastructure, and CRM to drive solution architecture and implementation. The position involves working closely with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to assess customer use cases and shape technical vision. You'll be responsible for championing AI/ML methodologies, creating technical content, and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in technical pre-sales or consulting, strong AI/ML knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key technical areas include machine learning, predictive and generative AI, data pipelines, REST APIs, and various programming languages. The role requires staying current with emerging AI trends, particularly in LLM models and agentic approaches. Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and MLOps practices is highly valued.
