Salesforce is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager in San Francisco, CA. This role involves developing and reviewing QA Test Plans, creating and maintaining test artifacts, and monitoring daily tasks for QA Consultants. The ideal candidate will communicate QA status on customer implementations, work with various project teams, and ensure appropriate quality in customer implementations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing QA strategies and best practices
- Creating test cases, scripts, and execution status reports
- Monitoring and prioritizing daily QA tasks
- Communicating with internal and customer teams
- Participating in project status and defect triage calls
- Collaborating during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Tracking and highlighting critical defects
- Adapting to customer processes while maintaining standard methodologies
- Working with onshore/offshore teams across multiple time zones
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
- Expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience with Order Management, Software Quality Assurance, and Jira
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in various testing types (Functional, User Acceptance, Regression)
- Experience with Test Automation
