Salesforce's Release Management Team is responsible for the continuous delivery of application releases supporting business critical services used by the world's largest enterprises. As Release Engineers, we are invested in redefining internal processes while preserving customer trust. We leverage product and program management practices to define and lead initiatives focused on product availability, customer experience, service ownership, scalability, continuous delivery, and team development. We use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and lead deployments of product releases, weekly patches, and daily changes in a SaaS environment.

Required Skills:
- 6+ years Release Management experience
- Technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company
- Solid understanding of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a history of hands-on, detail orientation
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to master technical subjects and technologies relevant to the program
- Salesforce Platform and products experience
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management
- A related technical degree required
