Description For Salesforce Technical Consultant

Salesforce, the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role is crucial in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems.

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Turning program designs into configured solutions that meet customer needs
  • Working in Agile scrum teams to build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology
  • Involvement in all project lifecycle phases, from low-level design to post-production support
  • Acquiring deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications
  • Mentoring customer resources and accelerating knowledge transfer
  • Acting as a champion in the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile techniques
  • Proven track record in successful enterprise CRM implementations
  • Experience in financial services industry solutions
  • Strong technical skills in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning), Java, SOAP APIs, REST, data modeling, and process modeling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
  • Self-starter with eagerness to learn new technologies

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of OmniStudio
  • Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
