Salesforce, the global leader in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), is seeking a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join their Customer Success team. This role is crucial in delivering rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex business problems.
As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
- Turning program designs into configured solutions that meet customer needs
- Working in Agile scrum teams to build complex business processes using Industry Cloud technology
- Involvement in all project lifecycle phases, from low-level design to post-production support
- Acquiring deep product knowledge of Salesforce Industries vertical applications
- Mentoring customer resources and accelerating knowledge transfer
- Acting as a champion in the Salesforce Industries partner ecosystem
Key requirements:
- 3+ years experience in deployment teams, preferably using Agile techniques
- Proven track record in successful enterprise CRM implementations
- Experience in financial services industry solutions
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce (Apex, VisualForce, Lightning), Java, SOAP APIs, REST, data modeling, and process modeling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn new technologies
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of OmniStudio
- Salesforce Platform Developer / Platform App Builder certification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
