  • Collaborating with Sales teams to navigate territories and foster relationships with prospects and customers
  • Leading outcome-driven conversations to understand customer business requirements
  • Co-creating future visions for customers on the Salesforce platform
  • Delivering compelling product demonstrations
  • Engaging in ongoing training and certification programs
  • Acting as a liaison between product and enablement teams
  • Providing thought leadership in digital transformation
  • Building roadmaps and solution presentations
  • Delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs

Required skills:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry
  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Business analysis and ROI construction skills
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills

  • Relevant Industry Experience in Retail & Consumer Goods
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solutions
  • Business Analysis/Business case/ROI construction skills
  • Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
