Responsibilities For Senior CCE Engineer

  • Solve critical customer technical escalations using Java, database, web API and UI skills
  • Identify root causes and propose test cases and fixes
  • Develop debugging tools while working with product teams
  • Provide timely information to customer-facing teams
  • Mentor Technical Support on technical issues and best practices
  • Build relationships across Customer Services, R&D, and data center operations
  • Develop high-quality, production-ready tools for internal users
  • Work with cross-functional teams across geographies
  • Mentor junior engineers in the team

Requirements For Senior CCE Engineer

  • Related technical degree required
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience
  • Extensive programming experience in Java
  • Experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE
  • Familiarity with Oracle and/or other relational databases
  • Knowledge of core web technologies: HTTP, JSON, REST, XML
  • Experience with Linux environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
