The role involves working with critical customer technical escalations, requiring deep expertise in OOP, databases, cloud technologies, and web APIs. You'll be responsible for identifying solutions to complex bugs, developing debugging tools, and working closely with product teams to implement fixes. The position also includes mentoring technical support teams and championing support initiatives throughout R&D.

Candidates must have at least 5 years of software engineering experience, with deep knowledge of Java/J2EE, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and strong debugging skills. The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to meet government screening standards, as it supports federal, state, and local government customers.

Salesforce offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $157,600 to $236,500, depending on location and experience.   • Solve critical customer technical escalations using OOP, Database, Cloud, web API and UI skills
  • Identify solutions or complex bugs in the product with troubleshooting techniques
  • Identify root causes, propose test cases and fixes, and develop new debugging tools
  • Provide timely information to customer facing teams
  • Enable and mentor Technical Support teams
  • Work with cross-functional teams across Customer Services, R&D, and data center operations
  • Champion Support and Debug initiatives throughout R&D
  • Develop high-quality, production ready Tools

Requirements For Senior Customer Centric Engineer (CCE)

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
