Salesforce's Event Technology & Insights team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their in-person events technology initiatives. The position involves managing the complete lifecycle of in-person event experiences, from awareness to post-event journeys, particularly for major events like Dreamforce, Connections, and TrailblazerDX.

The role demands a strategic product leader who can drive innovation in event technology while managing complex stakeholder relationships. You'll be responsible for leading a Scrum team, defining roadmaps, and translating business requirements into actionable engineering tasks.   • Drive the broader digital technology roadmap for In Person Engagement features
  • Product Owner Lead for In Person Events Scrum Team
  • Provide regular updates to leadership
  • Present strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior executive audiences
  • Foster decision-making across stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams
  • Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support teams
  • Represent and lead diverse delivery functions
  • Collaborate with partners to build shared understanding on product vision

Requirements For Senior Product Manager, Event Technology & Insights

  • 8+ years of product management experience
  • In-depth experience with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Hands-on experience running a scrum team as a Product Owner
  • Experience in consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • B.A., B.Sc. or equivalent
  • Ability to travel for key events (less than 20%)
  • Experience communicating with technical and business audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
