Software Engineer LMTS

Salesforce is seeking a Lead Developer (Software Engineer LMTS) to drive the development of their Service site, focusing on connecting customers to support. This role is based in Dallas, Texas with a hybrid work arrangement. The position requires extensive expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, JavaScript, and UI technologies.

The role involves building new features, leveraging Salesforce technologies, and ensuring high-quality through unit and integration testing. The successful candidate will work on applications that ensure Salesforce customers receive optimal post-sales support, with emphasis on high availability, cost efficiency, and operational reliability.

As a Lead Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing solutions using the Salesforce platform, reviewing code, mentoring team members, and collaborating with DevOps and Architects to establish best practices. The position requires 12+ years of development experience, with at least 5 years specifically in Salesforce technologies.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Apex, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and JavaScript, along with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Web Services. They should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have experience with test-driven development.
