Software Engineering AMTS

Salesforce is seeking top new college graduates to join their team of world-class software engineers and cloud computing experts. As a Software Engineering AMTS (Associate Member of Technical Staff), you'll work on various applications and platforms across Salesforce's ecosystem, including Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform, IoT, and Einstein Platform. You'll be part of a year-long new graduate program with targeted events and mentorship opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting, designing, implementing, testing, and delivering highly scalable products
• Mastering and improving Salesforce's development process, culture, and code base
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build new features while maintaining platform stability
• Developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, and implementing automated test suites
• Analyzing and creating test cases to increase code coverage and automation metrics

Required skills:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field (graduated within the past 12 months)
• Must be a current or prior Salesforce intern
• Experience in professional coding environments
• Fluency in object-oriented programming and design
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Javascript, HTML, SQL, or C++
