Solution Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Architect to join their team in McLean, VA, with remote work options available. This role combines technical leadership with customer-facing responsibilities, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The Solution Architect will be responsible for leading complex enterprise customer engagements, working directly with key stakeholders to drive and achieve strategic visions while delivering concrete results. This position requires someone who can serve as both a technical advisor and a strategic partner, utilizing their deep understanding of Salesforce products, industry experience, and consulting expertise to ensure customer success and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen. They should be comfortable with architecture, analysis, design, development, and maintenance of applications, while also excelling at project management and stakeholder communication. The role involves significant interaction with customers at all levels, from technical teams to C-suite executives.

Key responsibilities include co-creating vision with customers, leading execution, driving difficult conversations, removing implementation roadblocks, and ensuring adherence to standard processes. The position requires 50% travel to client locations across the U.S., though telecommuting options are available.
