Solution Engineer - Data Cloud / AI Consumption Lead

Salesforce is seeking a Solution Engineer specializing in Data Cloud and AI Consumption Lead. This role combines technical and commercial responsibilities, focusing on driving customer success with Data + AI + CRM + Trust solutions. The position involves leading stakeholders, managing executive relationships, and implementing consumption plans while serving as the post-sale technical lead for Data Cloud.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep business, industry, and product knowledge to accelerate Data Cloud consumption and ROI. You'll work directly with customers across various market segments, helping them integrate Data Cloud seamlessly with existing systems. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

As a trusted advisor, you'll influence customer outcomes by:

• Driving onboarding, enablement, and successful implementation of Data Cloud workloads
• Creating and executing strategies for production use cases
• Managing relationships with Product and Engineering teams
• Providing updates on usage KPIs and customer health
• Developing mutual success plans with customers

Technical requirements include expertise in:

• Salesforce platform (Admin and Advanced Admin certifications)
• Modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Big Query, RedShift)
• Data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• AI technologies (Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, machine learning)
• Marketing technology stack experience
