Technical Architect

Salesforce is seeking a Technical Architect to join their Professional Services team within Customer Success. This role is crucial in helping strategic customers achieve digital transformation using Salesforce platforms. The Technical Architect will serve as a technical advisor, leading complex projects from conception through implementation, focusing on system architecture design, integration strategies, and best practices.

The position requires deep technical expertise combined with strong consulting capabilities to guide customers through their digital transformation journey. You'll work on challenging enterprise-scale projects, collaborating with global product teams and fellow architects while having access to Salesforce's vast knowledge base and best practices.

As a Technical Architect, you'll be responsible for designing comprehensive system architectures, including external integrations, authentication mechanisms, security frameworks, and data processing solutions. You'll lead technical strategy development, conduct prototypes, establish development standards, and implement CI/CD processes.
