Requirements For Enterprise Core Customer Success Manager - Remote Canada Eastern

  • 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution
  • Currently residing in and authorized to work in Canada
  • Ideally residing in the Eastern Time Zone
