Software Engineer - GenAI

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is seeking a motivated full stack Software Engineer to join their Safety Events and Workflows team. As a pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, Samsara helps improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations through IoT data. The role focuses on developing their safety event platform that integrates advanced sensor data, analytics, and AI for customer and driver safety workflows.

The position requires 1-3 years of software development experience and offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that help keep critical industries running safely. You'll be building features across the full technology stack using Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and MySQL, though prior experience with these specific technologies isn't required.

As part of a recently public company, you'll have autonomy while working on a team that's shaping product solutions in Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, Equipment Monitoring, and Site Visibility. The role offers exposure to real customer impact through direct interaction with end users and collaboration with customer success teams.

The compensation package includes a base salary range of $89,548 - $150,500 USD, plus bonus/variable compensation and RSU awards. Additional benefits include health coverage, flexible remote work options, and participation in the Samsara for Good charity fund.
