Description For Full Stack Software Engineer

automotiveMastermind, a division of S&P Global, is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join their predictive marketing technology team. This role sits at the intersection of automotive retail and cutting-edge technology, where you'll develop powerful automation tools that drive both digital and print marketing campaigns for dealership partners.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, collaborative engineering team that supports U.S.-based car dealerships and manufacturers. The position offers an opportunity to work with modern technology stack including Google Cloud infrastructure, various databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and contemporary frameworks. You'll be responsible for building innovative front-end applications while also working on backend services, making this a true full-stack role.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of enterprise-level application development experience, with strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies. You should be comfortable with C#/.NET Core, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React. Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is essential.

This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $69,661 to $125,000, plus an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, retirement planning, and continuous learning opportunities. As part of S&P Global, you'll be joining a global organization of 35,000+ professionals focused on delivering Essential Intelligence® that powers global markets.

The role combines technical challenges with real business impact, as your work will directly influence how automotive dealerships leverage data and predictive analytics to improve their marketing and sales processes.
