MES Engineer Developer (Full Stack)

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Full Stack MES Engineer Developer to join their Digital Capability MES department in Toronto. This role is part of the MARS (MES Accelerated Roadmap @ Sanofi) program, which aims to transform Sanofi's manufacturing plants through implementing Computer-assisted batch review and core Manufacturing Execution Systems. The position involves working with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, designing and building end-to-end MES solutions, and ensuring operational excellence across Sanofi's global manufacturing facilities.

The ideal candidate will drive the design, build, and lifecycle management of global MES solutions while promoting Sanofi's Digital and Industrial standards. You'll work closely with MES Digital Product Owners, DevOps Engineers, developers, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve manufacturing processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities include understanding complex business requirements, providing technical leadership, ensuring GxP compliance, and implementing state-of-the-art solutions. The role requires expertise in MES systems like Siemens Opcenter and Koerber PAS-X, along with strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry.
