ServiceNow Developer, AI & ML Operations

Sanofi is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their AI & ML Operations team. The role is part of a multinational team supporting 70 manufacturing sites across 170 countries using ServiceNow. As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll lead the design and architecture of solutions, develop customized applications, and integrate with enterprise systems. The position requires expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with at least 2 years in a senior role. You'll be responsible for solution design, development, integration, configuration, and scripting while working with cross-functional teams. The role involves mentoring junior developers and implementing best practices.
