Senior Salesforce Developer

Santander, one of Poland's top three banks and part of the international Santander Group, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join their 2000+ IT specialists team. This role focuses on developing and optimizing business processes on the Salesforce platform, working with cutting-edge technologies in a modern banking environment.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a comprehensive tech stack including Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, LWC, Aura, ETL, Openshift, Elastic, and microservices. The role combines technical expertise with business process optimization, requiring both deep Salesforce knowledge and broader development skills.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for analyzing business requirements, optimizing existing processes, implementing new solutions, and maintaining technical documentation. You'll also play a leadership role through code reviews and mentoring team members. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce platform experience and relevant certifications.
