The role requires a Full-stack Engineer proficient in Java, Kotlin, SpringBoot, and React, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. You'll be developing robust software applications, designing efficient Web APIs, and collaborating with diverse teams across cultures. The position involves working with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure), supporting ITSM platforms, and implementing unit tests to maintain code quality.
Key responsibilities include Cherwell Master Data maintenance, Admin log monitoring, incident error troubleshooting, and SAP Resolve Integration activities. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong background in object-oriented programming and Web API design.

Responsibilities For Developer Associate
- Develop and maintain robust software applications using object-oriented programming languages
- Design and implement efficient Web APIs following industry best practices
- Collaborate closely with industry experts and diverse teams
- Utilize cloud infrastructure and services, with a preference for Azure
- Support ITSM platforms to ensure seamless integration and operation
- Implement unit tests using frameworks and UI testing libraries
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools
- Perform Cherwell Master Data maintenance
- Perform Cherwell Admin log monitoring
- Perform Cherwell Incident error troubleshooting
- Perform Cherwell – SAP Resolve Integration activities
- Provide Cherwell technical development expertise
Requirements For Developer Associate
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience in Cherwell ITSM technical (preferred)
- Proven track record of working with industry experts and diverse teams
- Extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java or Kotlin
- Familiarity with industry best practices for Web API design
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and services, preferably Azure
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and UI testing libraries
- Fluent in English
- Experience supporting ITSM Platforms – ideally Cherwell (preferred)
- Prior experience in creating microservices using Kotlin and deploying them regularly (preferred)
- A passion for developing REST APIs (preferred)
