Responsibilities For Associate Application Support Engineer

  • Diagnose, configure, troubleshoot, and solve problems associated with Apps in the Atlassian landscape
  • Research and solve complex application L1-L2 support issues
  • Collaborate with Development, Sustaining, and QA teams
  • Install, configure, and maintain Apps for high availability and scalability
  • Interact with global customers and troubleshoot business-critical problems
  • Participate in 24X5 global support setup activities
  • Document and share knowledge base
  • Take ownership and maintain strong customer focus

Requirements For Associate Application Support Engineer

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Available to work on rotation shifts
  • Strong communication skills with English proficiency
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Available to go to the office on Thursdays
  • Work Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm with 1 week monthly late coverage (until 9 pm)
