Description For Associate Engineer – CMMS

Shell is seeking an Associate Engineer – CMMS to join their innovative team within the SEAM (Safety, Environment & Asset Management) organization. The role is based in Manila, Philippines, and is part of Shell Business Operations (SBO), which forms the operational backbone of Shell's global business processes. As an Associate Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing computerized maintenance management systems, supporting manufacturing sites and chemical plants, and driving quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities For Associate Engineer – CMMS

  • Maintenance, assurance, and technical support of manufacturing sites and chemical plants
  • Analyze data, documents and processes for both Upstream and Downstream businesses
  • Support projects at manufacturing sites and chemical plants
  • Manage Site Quality Improvement Projects
  • Provide technical support and training to site staff
  • Maintain and manage Site Reference Documents
  • Communicate with site stakeholders and track project progress
  • Support data migration efforts and system functionality
  • Network with counterparts across different data centers

Requirements For Associate Engineer – CMMS

  • University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
  • 2 to 3+ years experience in engineering/technical jobs
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience in Engineering Projects
  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical data and documentation processes
  • Experience in Plant Maintenance within Manufacturing environment
  • Lean Six Sigma CI methodology knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
