Description For Associate Engineer – CMMS

Shell Business Operations (SBO) Manila is seeking an Associate Engineer for their CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) team. This role is part of the new SEAM organization which integrates Safety, Environment & Asset Management activities across Shell's global operations.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with Shell's extensive network of manufacturing sites, chemical plants, and distribution locations. As an Associate Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and optimizing technical data systems, supporting project implementations, and ensuring data quality across operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of engineering experience, particularly in plant maintenance and computerized management systems. You'll need strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities For Associate Engineer – CMMS

  • Maintenance, assurance, technical support and standardization of technical data and documents
  • Analyze data, documents and processes for both Upstream and Downstream businesses
  • Support projects at manufacturing sites, chemical plants, supply chain and distribution locations
  • Manage Site Quality Improvement Projects
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Site Reference Document
  • Communicate with site stakeholders and manage relationships
  • Provide technical support and training for ERP systems
  • Network with counterparts across different data centers

Requirements For Associate Engineer – CMMS

  • University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
  • 2-3+ years experience in engineering/technical jobs
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Experience in Engineering relevant maintenance or failure analysis
  • Experience in Technical Data and Documents management
  • Effective communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of technical data processes and Shell's physical processing assets
  • Ability to deal with complexity and detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
