The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with Shield AI's advanced products, including Hivemind Enterprise—EdgeOS, Pilot, Commander, and Forge, as well as V-BAT and Sentient Vision Systems. Based in San Diego with a hybrid work arrangement, you'll be part of a global organization with offices across the United States, UAE, Ukraine, and Australia.

Your role will involve deep technical engagement with customers, requiring both strong engineering capabilities and excellent communication skills. You'll need proficiency in modern C++, Python, and Linux systems, combining hands-on technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities. The position requires at least 3 years of industry experience and offers competitive compensation ranging from $129,467 to $194,201 annually, plus bonus, benefits, and equity.

Key responsibilities include developing technical documentation, delivering customer briefings, supporting product demos, and troubleshooting SDK issues. You'll work closely with engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback and improve products, potentially traveling globally for on-site customer support.

Experience in defense aviation, autonomy, or robotics is preferred, and having a USG Security Clearance is a plus.
