The company is seeking a Senior Staff Autonomy Engineer to join their Task Planning team within the Pilot/Autonomy division for Hivemind Enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, task planning, and motion planning, working on revolutionary projects like AI pilots for fighter jets (F-16), vertical takeoff drones (V-BAT), and quadcopters (Nova).

Requirements For Senior Staff Autonomy Engineer, Planning (R2879)

  • 12+ years experience with Bachelor's degree; or 9+ years with Master's degree; or 7+ years with PhD
  • Experience with task planning/scheduling and multi-agent collaborative autonomy
  • Drive technical initiatives and architectural decisions
  • Proficient with C++ 11 or newer in production environment
  • Experience in collaborative development environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
