Responsibilities For Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Build, edit, and test templates and emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Code and modify AMPscript
- Metrics tracking and reporting on emails and campaigns
- Create Journey Builder forms and Web Studio Cloud Pages
- Work with email team, departments, and vendors on program management
- Create and modify global and local content blocks
- Manage data extensions including requirements, formatting, uploads, and troubleshooting
- Create conditional logic
Requirements For Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
- Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile connect
- Experience with AMPscript coding
- HTML and CSS coding skills without WYSIWYG editor
- Knowledge of email A/B testing, personalization, and customization
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop
- Beginner knowledge of SQL
- Experience with Salesforce CRM report creation
- Knowledge of Jira project management software
- Microsoft Excel skills including vLookups
- Knowledge of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines
