Responsibilities For Fleet Operations Engineer (Indianapolis)

  • Travel to customer stores and perform physical robot hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades/retrofits on robots
  • Support via phone and remote login to robots of 3rd party technicians performing work on robots
  • Alert escalation support of robot issues via remote login to robots
  • Contact customer stores to request help addressing issues with robots
  • Occasional on call weekend support
  • Local travel up to 50% of time
  • Domestic travel up to 10% of time

Requirements For Fleet Operations Engineer (Indianapolis)

Linux
  • 5+ years assembly or repair of complex electromechanical systems
  • Troubleshooting video, networking, and computer systems
