Yardi Systems Engineer

The Yardi System Engineer will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of the Yardi property management software. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure the system meets the company's needs and is utilized to its full potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Yardi systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will analyze, design, and implement efficient ways to assist with data management and investor relations, as it pertains to the Real Estate holdings of SimpleCITI.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working with Yardi systems, including Voyager and RentCafe.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, and other Yardi modules. Experience with system integrations and data migrations. Data Analysis & Visualization Skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the real estate or property management industry. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting as it relates to property management. Certification in Yardi software.
