Security Engineer, Managed Service

SingleStore is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Security Engineer to help deliver products and services that meet customer security requirements and provide the highest levels of security assurance. The role involves leading secure development practices, monitoring emerging security threats, researching software security standards, providing solutions for vulnerabilities, and collaborating with engineering teams on security training. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in software development and security, knowledge of security standards, experience with cloud-native and container technologies, proficiency in various programming languages, and practical experience in Kubernetes and container security. Additional preferred qualifications include experience in building security features, designing secure APIs, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and familiarity with data security frameworks.
