Description For Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer

SMS Environmental is hiring a Trainee Water Treatment Engineer to join their Water Hygiene team across Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire areas. The role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of pre-planned water hygiene maintenance to various client sites while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning and flushing water outlets, checking and cleaning water tanks and systems, carrying out TMV checks and maintenance, and completing work on in-house software using an iPad. The company provides training from their experienced engineering team, mentoring, and support from experienced Supervisors. A company van and fuel card for business mileage are provided (full UK driving license required). The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a trade and customer-focused role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
