Staff Software Engineer, Wayfinder

Sofar Ocean is revolutionizing maritime technology by building the world's largest privately owned network of marine weather sensors. They're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Wayfinder product team, which provides crucial navigation tools for the world's largest shipping vessels.

The role demands a product-focused engineer with 8+ years of experience who can work across the full stack using TypeScript, React, Express, Postgres, and Node.js, with some Python for data processing. You'll be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions and collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, ocean scientists, and product designers.

The compensation range of $170,000 - $220,000 reflects the senior level of the position.
