Engineering Operations Engineer - Infra & Releases

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering Operations Engineer to join our fast-growing team. As a part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and products, from conception to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and enhance tools and processes to increase engineering productivity
• Lead software release engineering processes
• Develop and maintain build and test pipelines
• Perform OSS and static-analysis scanning
• Manage development tools and Linux-based environments
• Setup and manage build servers, lab PCs, VMs
• Manage global data storage systems and backup strategy
• Develop automation tools using Python, PHP, bash
• Integrate code coverage measurement
• Assist with test execution and automation
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (MS preferred) in Computer Science or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in EngOps/DevOps/IT, networking, security, cloud services or automotive industry
• Strong Linux/Unix knowledge and administration skills
• Experience with Ethernet networking, file systems, storage, logging, monitoring
• Proficient in Python, Bash, Git, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with static analysis tools, OSS vulnerability scanners, and build systems
