Software Engineer

Join Sony Semiconductor Solutions, the world-leading image sensor company, as a Software Engineer in their Advanced Visual Sensing (AVS) group. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, this role focuses on implementing and developing unique algorithms for novel vision systems. You'll work on impactful applications including AR/VR headsets, mobile devices, and automation. The position is part of a former spin-off from the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich, maintaining a startup culture of curiosity and high engagement. The team develops novel computer vision algorithms, vision sensors, and sensing systems based on world-leading sensing expertise, including event-based cameras and CMOS cameras. Located in Schlieren, at the doorstep of Zurich, you'll work in a modern facility well-connected by public transport.
