Fullstack Software Engineer

Soraban is a post-PMF B2B startup focused on automating client data intake and service delivery processes for tax firms. With exponentially growing ARR and increasing customer usage, they're building the Copilot for accountants.

The role offers an opportunity to join their engineering team, working with a tech stack of Ruby on Rails, React, and Postgres, deployed on Heroku and AWS services. Initially remote, the position will transition to in-person (3-4 days/week) in either San Francisco or Tempe locations within 3-6 months.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you'll be responsible for creating polished and delightful user experiences while handling both frontend and backend development. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience shipping end-to-end products, strong expertise in React and Ruby on Rails, and a natural curiosity for learning new technologies.

The company values self-starters who can think from the customer's perspective and iterate quickly. They're looking for persistent and determined individuals who will go the distance to get the job done. Previous experience working directly with founders is a plus.
