Fullstack Software Engineer

Soraban is a post-PMF B2B startup experiencing exponential monthly ARR growth. As their customer base and usage expand rapidly, they're seeking a talented full stack engineer to join their engineering team.

The tech stack includes Ruby on Rails, React, and Postgres, deployed on Heroku and AWS services. While initially remote, this role will transition to in-person (3-4 days/week) within 3-6 months at either their San Francisco (CA) or Tempe (AZ) locations.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Design-focused with a passion for creating polished, delightful user experiences
• Experienced in building production applications using React and Ruby on Rails
• Have 4+ years of experience delivering end-to-end products (frontend and backend/API)
• Naturally curious and eager to learn
• Customer-centric with ability to iterate quickly
• Self-motivated and independent
• Persistent and determined to complete tasks
• Previous experience working directly with founders is a plus
