As a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) at Soracom, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing customer experience and driving customer anxiety to zero. You'll work closely with a passionate IoT team, supporting customers in building IoT solutions and shaping the future of this rapidly-growing industry.
Your responsibilities will include providing technical support, educating customers on Soracom's value proposition, offering architectural guidance, investigating technical issues, and collaborating on IoT-related content creation. You'll be highly regarded by customers as their primary source of in-depth technical expertise and support.
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of technical support experience, familiarity with online communication tools and ticketing systems, and experience with web applications or programming. You should have excellent English communication skills, basic network knowledge, and experience with cloud services. Additional desirable skills include live troubleshooting experience, understanding of cellular network infrastructure, and experience with IoT ecosystems.
