The Starlink team manages thousands of satellites and consumer receivers, creating a comprehensive internet infrastructure.

As a Software Engineer in the Starlink Customer Success team, you'll be instrumental in developing tools and applications that enhance network observability for millions of assets. You'll work directly with external customers and internal partners across engineering and business operations. Your role will focus on building mission-critical, high-performance web applications that help Starlink customers manage their deployed assets in aviation, maritime, and enterprise environments.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $122,500 to $170,000 depending on level, plus additional benefits including stock options, comprehensive healthcare, 401(k), paid parental leave, and 3 weeks vacation. The role requires occasional extended hours, weekend work, and travel to other SpaceX facilities as needed.

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve software solutions to support Starlink customer success and business operations
  • Develop well-architected, responsive, and performant web applications
  • Develop highly reliable and available software systems for Starlink
  • Design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant networks
  • Deliver expert level Typescript, HTML, and CSS code for modern browsers
  • Craft aesthetically and functionally flawless user experiences
