Software Engineer, Starlink Customer Success

The Starlink team manages thousands of satellites and consumer receivers, creating a comprehensive internet infrastructure.

As a Software Engineer in the Starlink Customer Success team, you'll be instrumental in developing tools and applications that enhance network observability for millions of assets. You'll work directly with external customers and internal partners across engineering and business operations. Your role will focus on building mission-critical, high-performance web applications that help Starlink customers manage their deployed assets in aviation, maritime, and enterprise environments.

The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 depending on level, plus additional benefits including stock options, comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k), paid parental leave, and 3 weeks of vacation.
