As a Senior Hardware Development Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing novel manufacturing processes for satellite RF Modules. Working in a clean room environment, you'll collaborate with electrical/mechanical design teams, vendors, and production associates to scale up micro-electronics manufacturing from initial development to high-volume production. This position requires expertise in micro-electronics processing, including die attach, plasma clean, wire-bond, and AOI.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of micro-electronics manufacturing experience, with hands-on clean room experience producing high-reliability RF modules. You'll need strong technical skills in micro-electronics manufacturing equipment, particularly die attach/wire bonding, and familiarity with industry standards like MIL-STD-883 and IPC-610.
